I love the fall... and I'm missing it!

I"m missing the sweet calm of fall 

and if any of you are fall lovers like I am you know what I mean. 

Fall has so many reasons for me to love it. 

To start out with,

It's when I asked Erika to start dating me,

It's the most colorful time of the year,

I love the sound of crunchy leaves under my feet when I'm taking a walk,

I LOVE taking pictures of the beauty and the smell of distant leaves burning... I better stop there!

It's still a long way off. 

And no, this isn't either of the post I promised in last Friday's post. So you will have to come back tomorrow and and the next day to see them. :)  

I found these pictures after a friend of mine was going through the archives of my photos on my Facebook page and she commented and asked if she could order one on canvas and I said, sure! But while I was going through the originals I found some others I never posted and fell in love with them all over again. 

Winter and I have a love/hate sort of relationship, 

It's cool because I LOVE Celebrating the holidays,

It's a time where  the whole family gets together,

couples are getting engaged, 

(I too, asked Erika to marry me one romantic night while the snow was falling 

gently on us in romantic Chicago)

But with all the things I love about winter... my fear of cold out weighs it all.

So next year, I will spend it in St. John, USVI. LOL.

 I wish! Anyone getting married on a tropical island who needs a creative photographer? Let me know, okay?!?!?!
