Wynonna Felber—Just 3 days old.

I'm finally getting the time to post a few images of my precious niece Wynonna Felber. Thanks to my brother and Sister-in-law I'm now an uncle and I LOVE IT! :D She's growing up so fast too! I was unable to see her till she was 3 days old since I was in Iowa photographing a wedding the weekend she was born. But it was great to get the photos on my phone once I heard she had come. And talking to my brother Shane, the new PROUD Father that he was on the phone was just great! My favorite line that I heard from my Mother that she heard shane say that evening was, "Wow, she's growing up so fast I'm going to be walking her down the aisle before I know it!!" LOL.

It seems like just yesterday we were doing their maternity pictures. If you would like to see them just click here.

Seriously, one of the most beautiful babies I've ever seen. She pretty much looked like a gem the moment she was born.

Ah, the easy life. All you have to do is eat, sleep and poop and she makes her parents proud. For some reason my parents aren't too proud of me when I perform such simple task.

Don't you wish you could rest that soundly? I don't! Wake up every two hours and cry doesn't NOT sound easy to me. Man, no wonder babies LOOK like they are sleeping so good. ;) JK!

Shane and Jenny,
Thanks so much for giving me one of the sweetest gifts I'd ever received. I LOVE being an uncle.
You two are great parents and we love having you three around!

The Couple and Their Wedding Flowers

Amy and Logan are so perfect for each other in about every way. It was so cool to watch as the two of them pulled together such a beautiful wedding and reception. If you made it to the wedding you know it was about the guest as much as it was about them in many ways. They just really wanted everyone who came to have a good time and enjoy the day. It was really cool! Not something you see everyday.

Amy has been looking forward to this day and planning for it for a really long time and I was so glad to see things go as smoothly as they did. And that was in large because of Amy. When something went different from the plan she just kept her cool and was determined to have a great day.

I'm at the brides home capturing all the little detail images of different things the morning of Amy's wedding and then I come to the flowers...

The flowers were fun! They never talked back once... but they didn't laugh at me like most of my clients do when I trip over something of say something that I totally didn't mean to...  I kind of missed it! HAHa. jk!

And I had to end with another picture of the couple. :) One of those happily ever after shots.

Look, some color! :)

So I'm getting ready to run out the door to photograph Amy and Logan's wedding today Last night at the reception Amy was like, "Make sure you wear some color. Don't wear all black! Who even does that???"

So today in honor and special request made by the super fun Amy... I'm wearing the brightest blue shirt I have under my otherwise all black outfit. :) Warning, Cheap phone camera shot.

Today is going to be a total blast! We are starting out in their home town then driving up to Oakbrook IL to have the reception at Maggiano's. I can't wait too. Not only is the food awesome but I've had a chance to meet up with the event coordinators there and they are awesome! It's going to be something amazing!
