For as high as the heavens are above the earth...

The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love. 

He will not always chide, nor will he keep his anger forever. 

He does not deal with us according to our sins, 

nor repay us according to our iniquities. 

For as high as the heavens are above the earth, 

so great is his steadfast love toward those who fear him; 

as far as the east is from the west, 

so far does he remove our transgressions from us. 

As a father shows compassion to his children, 

so the Lord shows compassion to those who fear him.

Saturday Morning Breakfast

Last Saturday morning was one of those perfect mornings that helps lead into the perfect day. It was started with a good ol' American breakfast all done outside on the grill. 

We had grilled beacon, potatoes, and fresh garlic to go with our eggs. 

It was perfect. One of those breakfast where there was actually a little too much food for all of us. 

 Btw, this isn't really a food blog... but I can't help it! 

I didn't know we were going to have such an awesome breakfast when I posted about the 

awesome ice cream place (Mr. Freeze) last Friday. :)

Ice Cream! I.LOVE.THIS.PLACE

Dear Mr. Freeze,

You are probably one of my favorite Ice Cream places in the world! And judging by the lines that are always 10 feet out the door—make that four doors, it's everyone else's favorite too. I've been coming to see you as long as I can remember! Thanks for making the best ice cream every!
