The Couple and Corvette meet external flash.

Photographybybritton

So it's high noon, the photographer's nightmare, right? Well, it used to be.

This shot was done using two 580EX Canon Flashes off camera. I held one in my left hand and had my second photographer hold the other flash right in front of the couple to my right.

For camera nerds... Canon 5D MK II, ISO 100, exposure 1/200 of sec f/22, Focal length is 25mm and obviously the flash fired. Two of them to be exact.

Just married...

Just married... I think the only words that compare are, "I love you" and "Happily ever after"

Ring shots are a ton of fun and I'm kind of proud to have this one in my portfolio. It's not everyday you get to have such cool get away cars at the wedding. I don't know if I mentioned this or not yet... but the corvette was a total surprise for me. So I was pretty stoked to have it as a prop throughout the
rest of the day.

I'm so grateful to have been chosen by Charity & Michael to photograph their wedding day. Charity was so kind and easy going! I'm a firm believer that the bride sets the mood for the whole day, if she's having a bad one... most the time so is everyone else. But if it's a bride like Charity, everyone will be enjoying the moments as they come and living those to the fullest.

Charity got a pretty amazing guy too! Very gentle and kind himself with a deep love for God and others. Just a joy to be around.

And the two live happily ever after.

Michael and his groomsmen

Time for the groomsmen stuff, right? :) Of course right!

Too bad I didn't have the car (sweet red vintage Corvette) yet when we were taking these pictures...cool Corvettes and groomsmen just kind of go together like peas and carrots or ice cream and chocolate syrup or...oh great. I'm getting hungry now. I have to stop this!

Details... Got to have 'em! :)

I have developed a taste for putting groomsmen in the background of images of the groom.

We were waiting for the girls to finish getting dressed and we didn't want Michael to see the bride so we walked down this aisle of blueness and I was like, "Whoa, dudes we have to try and see what we can do in here. We are killing time anyways, right?" LOL. It was cool!

Can Michael ever play the guitar and sing. Even I was having a hard time not getting a little teary-eyed. It was wonderful!

And of course we need at least one picture of the couple. :)
